SPRING CARBON STEEL WIRE

ГОСТ 9389-75; DIN 17223; EN 10270-1

Note: for the production of springs coiled in a cold condition and not subjected to hardening. WIRE DIAMETER: from 0,2 mm up to 6,0 mm. Wire is produced of the normal and higher precision according to the precision of the production. Depending on the mechanical properties the wire is produced of the grades A and B. According to the standard EN 10270-1 wire is produced as per group SL, SM and SH.

Wire is coated with continuous thin lay of conserving oil protecting it from corrosion. It can not be oiled on buyer's request. 

Wire by the diameter:
– 0,2 – 0,65 mm is produced in coils with weight 7 – 30 kg or BS-60 spools;
– 0,6 – 1,3 mm is produced in coils up to 80 kg or in coils with type Z2, Z2S;
– 1,7 – 3,5 mm is produced in coils “rosette” with weight 500-800 kg;
– 1,3 – 3,0 mm is produced in coils with weight up to 100 – 150 kg or in coils with type Z2;
– 2,5 – 7,0 mm is produced in coils with weight 600 – 1000 kg.

Note: CoiIs, bundles, spools are packed by waterproof paper and polymeric film.
